not a rut

been stuck on some new ideas. there are billowing ideas in my head but executing them intuitively and successfulyl has been a frightening experience. I have decided on proposing a goal of producing 25-40 small 6"x6" bristol paper of construction site. These are important task-like exercises to establish color and shape and depth. I think i will see the significance once all of them are painted and looked at as a grouping. I want to finish them by Thursday. So far i have 6 completed and 8 in progress. this should be an enjoyable challenge. soon to come finished pictures of still life and update of some of the studies.

turned in a series proposal today for what I will focus on in regard s to content and scale.

Started these two still lives in class. Breaking up negative space tonight. both should be finished for critic on Thursday.
